The international application made through PCT covers all the major and relevant economies. EPO was the designated office which issued the IPER (International Preliminary Examination Report) as true to “novelty”, “innovative step” and “industrial applicability” Subsequent to the “International Phase’ the national phase of the application in various countries has resulted in patents granted and sealed in many countries Including India and USA. In other countries the patent application are under progress.
