We provide Design & Development Services to develop and deliver customized Products based on the revolutionary RVCR Mechanism to clients. This is a Key service required for Client’s procuring IPR for commercial sale of RVCR Technology Products. The Client could opt to develop RVCR products independently, either in-house or by a 3rd Party, however hiring GYATK’s services have several advantages listed below, under the heading “The GYATK advantage”

GYATK’s services contract are generally packaged as a part of the IPR License agreement for delivering complete commercial product manufacture know-how to the client. The Client can choose from Mix of options listed below.

  • GYATK accepts the onus to develop and Deliver RVCR Products for the client for commercial sale.
  • GYATK and client Jointly develop RVCR Products under mutually agreed terms. The client can save cost by opting following methods.
    • Utilizing of clients inhouse resources like infrastructure, Engineering Design tools, Production facilities, Test facilities and for the Joint Development Program.
    • Hire only services for D&D activities not available with the client inhouse.

The Background

The RVCR Technology Development was identified by us, as one of the key focus areas in its initial years and we invested substantial time, effort and monetary resources for realising the technology Fine-Print of RVCR Mechanism concept. This is crucial for developing RVCR Products

GYATK initiated the D&D process by conceiving preliminary concept prototype assembly made of various components and formulated its mathematical, Digital and Physical Models. These were refined over various Iterative correction cycles. Various Design techniques were used for Failure Mode Analysis and identifying weak-points, limitations and Possibilities.

This process demands high end skills in machine design and expertise across a vast spectrum of engineering fields. The Design process techniques, methods and activity flow layout structure developed by GYATK is suited to RVCR specifics.

The ‘D & D’ DATA Handling (Compilation; Documentation; Management; and Control) is done using a custom developed system by GYATK called TOMS ‘Technology Operations Management System’. TOMS is integrated with PLM and Project Planning Software and is a Part of ISO system.
